  • Manchester Public Library
    • Crafts: Mondays @ 4:00 p.m.
      • Sept. 9: DIY Sundial Craft
      • Sept. 16: Perfect Parakeets Craft
      • Sept. 23: Ship’s Porthole Craft
      • Sept. 30: I Love Fall Craft
    • Storytimes: Wednesdays @ 10:30 a.m – We have lots of fun at Library Storytime! We read stories, sing songs, do fingerplays, make crafts and so much more! Each month has a theme. Children are welcome to bring a small toy or object that relates to the theme and share it with the group.
      • Storytime lasts approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Parents and caregivers are invited to come and participate with the child.
      • When attending a storytime please try to be on time as latecomers can be a distraction to the children.
    • Lego Days: Wednesdays @ 4:00 p.m.
  • Butler Public Library
    • Exploring Space Crafts and Activities: Fun filled afternoon making “Space Food” and a special craft. Thursday Sept. 19 @ 4:00 p.m.
  • Greenville Area Public Library
    • Storytime: Thursday Sept. 19 @ 4:00 p.m.
  • Hightower Memorial Library
    • Craft Day: Thursday Sept. 26 @ 5:00 p.m.
  • Reynolds Community Library
    • Shiver Me Timbers Pirate’s Crafts and Activities: Pirates have docked at the library with no intention of leaving before having a ton of fun! Saturday Sept. 21 @ 11:00 a.m.
  • Talbot County Library
    • Lego Master Builder Challenges: An afternoon filled with interesting challenges using Lego Bricks! Friday Sept. 27 @ 4:00 p.m.
  • Yatesville Public Library
    • Craft on Demand: Stop by the library any day and time in the month of September to get everything you need for a Space Shuttle craft!

Program Descriptions

  • Craft Days: All crafts days are free, all-ages programs with something different each time. We provide the materials; you bring the creativity!
  • Storytimes: Come out and listen to great stories read by out of our amazing staff members. Completely free and all that you to bring is a little imagination.
  • Lego Days: Lego Bricks. Lots and lots of Lego Bricks. Need we say more?


Summer Reading Program

Every year the Summer Reading Program gives children, teens and adults a chance to explore their library, participate in fun activities, and see a variety of performers.
