The Pine Mountain Regional Library System is seeking an innovative librarian who can engage the communities and patrons in our rural four-county region. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with all kinds of people. The librarian will respond to the needs and interests of our communities by seeking out opportunities to promote the library and form partnerships within the community. The employee will be the County Librarian for at least two counties; supervise the Branch Managers in those counties, and supervise the Extension Services Department, including the Courier and Interlibrary Loan Department.
