The Pine Mountain Regional Library System is a group of seven libraries that serve Meriwether, Upson, Talbot, and Taylor Counties in Georgia. You can find the location and hours of the branch nearest you by clicking on your county in the map in the upper left corner of this page. The Extension Services Division provides to areas not conveniently served by a local branch library.

Regional Headquarters

The main offices for the library system are located in Manchester. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Internet Access and Computer Use Policy

Computer resources may only be used for legal purposes by the public and staff. Patrons who use the Internet for illegal purposes will lose their Internet privileges and may face criminal charges.
